LTG

I’m really excited about what is to come!

Along with four other girls from “Thrive,” I’m getting myself into an LTG.  It’s a “Life Transformation Group.”  Small groups.  But better.  I have a hard time getting into the Word, and I’m hoping that this will help me to make that more of a habit.  We’ll be getting together every Friday night at Starbucks to talk about whatever scripture we’ve decided to read and just to fellowship with each other, talk about the week, stuff like that.

I really need this.  I’m definitely not friendless, but I am shy and I really want and need a tight group of girls to keep me accountable and encourage me in my walk.  I did have a few strong friendships with a couple Christian girls, but they are away at school, which makes things hard. 

I need something here, to meet me where I am, and I think God’s given me that in this group of girls.

Our first LTG will be this Friday night.  We’re reading Galations!  I’m excited.
